Marvel unveils X-Men cast: Adam Driver as Mister Sinister

Marvel Studios named the cast of its upcoming untitled X-Men film at D23 in Anaheim on August 14, 2026, with Sadie Sink set to play Jean Grey.

Kit Connor will play Scott Summers (Cyclops), Christopher Abbott will play Charles Xavier (Professor X), and Samara Weaving will play Emma Frost. Maya Boyd is cast as Storm, and Inde Navarrette will play Rogue. Navarrette appeared in the critical and commercial hit Obsession.

Adam Driver will play the villain Nathaniel Milbury, also known as Mister Sinister.

The film is scheduled for release on May 5, 2028, though that date could shift.

Marvel had teased the X-Men for years before Spider-Man: Brand New Day brought the mutants into the fold.

No further plot details or additional cast members were announced.
