Sourcing and attribution

We prioritize primary sources, official statements, agency feeds and established publishers. Each story should name or link to the source material it was discovered from.

We do not present other outlets’ wording as our own. Facts may be summarized, but the article text on NewUJ is independently written.

AI assistance and review

AI may help classify a story, draft a summary, create a headline and translate the article. The system is constrained by category rules, source checks, duplicate detection and correction paths.

We avoid claims that cannot be tied to source material. If an item is too weak, stale, duplicated or outside policy, it should not be published.

Independence and responsibility

We do not sell placement in the news feed. Engagement counts on the site reflect reader activity on NewUJ, not invented popularity.

Our coverage is informational. It is not professional advice and it is not a guarantee that every fact is complete, current or error-free.

Corrections

When we confirm a factual error, we update the article. Material corrections may be noted on the article or handled through the corrections page. Removal requests and rights complaints are reviewed by the operator.
