Lovable raises $400M at $13.3B valuation
Lovable, a European AI coding startup, has raised $400 million in a Series C funding round at a $13.3 billion valuation, the company confirmed on August 12, 2026. The round was led by Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, with participation from more than a dozen other investors, including Regent, the investment firm that owns TechCrunch.
The funding follows Lovable's announcement that it reached $500 million in annualized run rate revenue in June 2026. In December 2025, the company raised $330 million at a $6.6 billion valuation in a round also led by Menlo Ventures, with CapitalG as co-lead.
Lovable says it now hosts 60 million projects that attract 900 million monthly visitors, reflecting rapid growth in the so-called vibe-coding space where users build software through natural language prompts. The company offers its own in-house trained AI model alongside frontier model options.
To support its expanding infrastructure, Lovable signed a multiyear deal with Google Cloud in June 2026, which it says increased its cloud usage fivefold. The startup has also invested in other European companies, including Danish startup Atech, which is building vibe-coding software for designing tech hardware.
The new capital is expected to fuel further expansion of Lovable's platform and its growing ecosystem of AI-powered development tools, though the company did not specify detailed plans for the funds.
